I am humbled and honored to have been chosen to be the next superintendent of this amazing organization, and pleased to share my entry plan with you. I have built my career on the goal of ensuring that all students have the opportunity and access to manifest their potential, and this will be my focus as your Superintendent. My entry plan outlines three phases - including in the pre-entry phase from January to June - of listening and learning from students, parents, employees and community members. I look forward to getting to know this community, and to meeting you and hearing your thoughts as we work together to build upon what is already an outstanding school district in the development of world class learners.
