2022-23 LAKE OSWEGO HIGH SCHOOL ADVANCED PLACEMENT EXAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION 

Registration information and timelines for the AP exams in May 2023. 

COMPLETE AP EXAM REGISTRATION IN TWO STEPS:

1.  Join your Advanced Placement Class Section in your Advanced Placement class.  You are automatically set to take the Advanced Placement exam next May.

NOTE: It is important that you use full legal name, just as you would on college applications, FAFSA, etc.

If you do NOT want to take the AP Exam in May (you’re getting dual credit, your college won’t accept AP credit, any other reason), you MUST email Barbara Mackey at mackeyb@loswego.k12.or.us  or stop by the library and tell Ms Mackey  you won’t be taking the exam.

2.  Submit Online Payment through the LOHS  Webstore LOHS Webstore

Cost PER exam during the regular exam registration window (8/30-10/31) is $84. 

Payments may also be made by check dropped off for the bookkeeper.

*Make Checks Payable To Lake Oswego  High School and put the student name in the memo line

 If you qualify for a fee waiver, you will pay no fee for AP Exams. Turn your paperwork into the bookkeeper.

Exams will incur a $40 late fee per exam for payments made after October 31st at 3:00 pm.

DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OCTOBER 31 at 3 PM. 

LATE PAYMENT WINDOW: AFTER 3 PM, OCTOBER 31 $84+$40=$124. 

Cancellations or Drops

If you drop an AP class or decide not to take the AP Exam after the registration deadline, you must contact Barbara Mackey, AP Coordinator, and submit the Advanced Placement Exams Cancellation Request form (which can be downloaded from the Lake Oswego High School website on the Advanced Placement Exams page). This form must be signed by a parent/guardian or your counselor (if you are not yet 18).
