    • Staff members* may request a transfer for their own children at any grade level to attend the school where they are employed, or to attend a school other than the one where they are employed, if space is available.

*A staff member is defined as a district employee who has been established as a probationary, contract or permanent employee with the school district. Individuals on a temporary contract, a one-year contract, or working as a substitute, seasonal or casual employee are not considered staff members for purposes of this provision.
