Applicant Pool

  • Candidates who meet the selection criteria will enter the applicant pool.

  • Once in the applicant pool, candidates will be invited to participate in an interview.

  • Interviews usually occur at the school site that has the opening.

School Site Selection

  • The interview process will be coordinated by each school site.
  • The interview process may involve multiple interview opportunities.
  • The interview process may also include requests for work samples and/or participation in on-site performance task.

Finalization of Selection Process

  • Once an offer for employment is verbally accepted, a Human Resources letter will be sent to the candidate.
  • Candidates must accept the letter of intent for employment. Once the letter of intent is accepted, the remainder of the hiring packet will be sent to new employees to be completed.
  • Offers of employment are contingent on final clearance of background checks and proof of licensure (if required).
