Lake Oswego School District is seeking qualifications from general contractors for the 2021 Bond Program's Lake Oswego Middle School Replacement Project: Complete replacement of the existing school building with a new two-story school, on and off-site improvements, outdoor covered play area, and outdoor play and education areas.
To accomplish this objective, the District is implementing a prequalification selection process to obtain a select list of eligible general contractors. Only prequalified general contractors will be invited to participate in a formal lump-sum bid process for this project.
Qualifications shall be submitted to the following address by 1 p.m., June 6, 2023. Qualifications will not be accepted after this hour and date.
