Facility Use and Rental
Lake Oswego School District has partnered with Facilitron to streamline facility requests and rentals. Through Facilitron, users can:

View photos and descriptions of facilities

Check real-time availability

Verifying non-profit status (if applicable)

Receive estimated quotes

Setting up organization and user accounts

Pay online using major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and PayPal

Submit payments and proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance).
Priority and Policies
Facility use requests follow Lake Oswego School Board policies, prioritizing school and district activities. Outside parties are assigned lower priorities based on specific categories. District administrative staff makes final decisions on facility use requests.
When the district is closed for inclement weather, facility use may be cancelled.
