Proposed Strategic Plan Community Feedback
We are entering the final phase of developing our 2026–2031 Strategic Plan and inviting our learning community to review and provide feedback on the proposed framework.
This draft reflects input gathered over the past several months from students, staff, families, and community members, as well as research on high-performing school systems. The plan focuses on the outcomes that matter most for students while strengthening the conditions that support learning across our schools.
At this stage, we are seeking feedback to refine and strengthen the plan before presenting it to the School Board for adoption. We are particularly interested in whether the plan is clear, focused, and aligned with our community's needs and priorities.
This is an important opportunity to ensure the plan reflects our shared priorities and is ready for successful implementation.
