Intra-district (between LOSD schools) Transfer Applications
Requests approved to start at the beginning of the school year, or semester (elementary and high school) or trimester (middle school).

Secondary In-District Transfer Request Form 2026-27
Inter-district (between school districts) Transfer Applications
Applications accepted between January 21, 2026 through May 1, 2026 for new and renewal requests.
Elementary School: No new applications will be allowed for the 2026-2027 school year.
Middle and High School: Released students must submit form from resident school to LOSD by May 1, 2026.
Releases Out of LOSD: No students will be released from LOSD for the 2026-2027 School Year.
