Project Status:

Recently completed tasks include:
- gym/physical education office: seismic upgrades, wall painting, clean-up, gym office carpet installed
- classroom #31: carpet, paint, clean-up
- hallway: seismic upgrades by gym wall, painting, clean-up
- new transformer and switchgear
- kitchen: new flooring, walk-in cooler & freezer, kitchen hood installed

Current site activity includes:
- mechanical equipment start-up
- electrical: connections to new equipment and installation of new panels
- installation of future chiller lines
- kitchen equipment installation
- re-roofing

Phase 2 renovations scheduled for summer of 2024

Project Status:

• Native garden at Palisades Elementary
  - majority of work has been completed
  - planting is the only pending work and is dependent
    on cooler weather
  - estimated completion date is October 20, 2023
• Garden beds at Palisades Elementary
  - gravel pad and bed installation has been completed
  - irrigation connection is pending
  - end of August 2023 completion
• Playground equipment at Palisades Elementary
  - playground installation has been completed

Project Status

• Contractor fully mobilized to the school as of June 14
• Abatement work in roof, boiler room, and kitchen has been
  completed
• Saw cutting and removal of slab for underground
  connections in kitchen area has been completed
• Seismic upgrades of gym in progress
• Reroof of gym and kitchen continues
• Mechanical scope continues in boiler room and kitchen
• Phase 2 renovations scheduled for summer of 2024
• Native garden at Palisades Elementary
  - Grasstains, LLC began construction of the native garden on June 27
  - Estimated completion date is July 21, 2023
• Garden beds at Palisades Elementary
  - district is gathering bids from contractors to complete the construction of the gravel pad required for the garden beds
  - garden beds will be ready to install by end of August 2023
• Playground equipment at Palisades Elementary
  - playground equipment has been ordered - delivery estimated for July 12
  - installation of equipment scheduled for the end of July 2023
