Step 1: Agency Application
Foreign Exchange agencies apply for approval. Agency applications are valid for one year and require re-submission each year.

- Exchange Organizations must be listed each year in the Advisory List of International Educational Travel and Exchange Programs published by the Council on Standards for International Education Travel (CSIET).
- Exchange Organizations must provide proof of insurance as stipulated in the application.

Once available, applications will be accepted until July 1st prior to the school year (the final day of student acceptance).
Step 2: Student Application
Approved agencies may submit students for consideration. Maximum of two students per agency.
